ALLENDALE

This area contains some of our older homes and estate sized lots with beautiful landscaping. House styles start with Victorian farmhouses and ends with new European craftsmen.

WILDWOOD

Many large older homes and newer French and Tuscan inspired designs are here, with beautiful tree lined streets that curve gently throughout.


MYRTLEWOOD/ROSEMONT

This is another distinctive neighborhood with its very own hidden park and comfortable traditional homes with expansive yards and lovely large trees to shade its streets

ROSEMONT PLACE

Here is a distinctive gated community with unique architectural designs in a beautiful setting.

COUNTRY CLUB/MEADOWLANE

For those who like close greenspace, this area has it, with many houses backing up to the Montgomery Country Club, and with its own park. If you live on Meadowlane you have a distinct country feel on this street.

McGEHEE ESTATES

This is the heart of the neighborhood which connects us all together with its winding streets with large trees. Here is an architectural melting pot of ranch style, traditional, Georgian and southern style homes with manicured yards and children riding bikes down some of it quiet streets. You will even find the affectionately called "Flintstone" house with its incredible rock facade all recently restored.
